I could not be more excited for the school year. With COVID-19 cutting my freshman year of college short, I am eager to get back in the game. I’ve always been a little bit of a nerd, so when my classes went on online I was pretty disapointed.
Four online classes later, summer came and went in the blink of an eye. Today, I am officially moved back to my college’s town and classes are less than a month away.
Since classes are starting soon, I’ve been doing a lot to get ready for the year. One of my favorite parts of preparing for the school year is, drum roll please, back to school shopping!
Before I even starting packing up my room at home, I was scouring Target, Amazon, and other stores for all of the cutest back to school essentials. I found tons of amazing supplies that I can’t wait to use this year.
These supplies are aesthetic, convenient, affordable, and overall perfect for your school year. Keep reading to check out all of these back to school essentials.
Along with sharing all of these adorable products and supplies, I’ve also included a free back to school shopping checklist! All you have to do to get the list is leave your email down below!

You can't start off the school year without the perfect backpack. The North Face company has always had the best backpacks, and when I saw this light pink color I could not say no.
The best way to stay organized when school starts is by having at least one binder to keep all of your work in. I personally use one binder for all of my classes, but how wide and how many binders you need depends on your personal preference.
In your binder, you'll keep papers, work, and other information. To keep your papers in order, dividers are a must. I love these dividers because they have such cute little designs and the colors look so good with my binder.
I got this planner at Target while it was on sale a few weeks ago, and I love it. Sadly, I couldn't find the exact match. I love this brand because it comes with stickers, a bookmark, and the layout is organized. If you want to check out other prints by this brand click the image.
Since the mechanical pencils don't come with an eraser, it is important to have these pink erasers to use on mistakes. I love these standard erasers because they last forever and don't smudge on your work.
Felt pens are the best pens. They write beautifully and have greate color options. I always invest in a new pack of pens, so this year I went all out and invested in the best there is.
While I love my mechanical pencils, I also have standard #2 pencils to use for tests. I got this simple pencil sharpener from Target for super cheap. It has the perfect size to throw in my backpack before class.
This year I created a diy cork/white board for my room. I wanted it to be perfect so I got a few items, like these push pins, to make the look come together. If you have a cork board I highly suggest these cute pins.
I also got these super cute succulent push pins. They are beyond cute. They hold up my calendar, photos, etc. I love the way they look on my cork board. They really bring the entire look together.
I love back to school shopping. Nothing feels better than being able to reorganzie, reset, and recharge for the school year. Enjoy these aesthetic back to school supplies, and have a great year!
